Finding the Right Audience
As a business evolves, so does the core of the customers it serves. Change Collaborative is no exception. When we began working together, Katie was clear about the services she offered and had a strong desire to work with female business owners making impactful change on the world. Continuous discovery and reflection on what brings her joy and aligns with her values resulted in a decision to focus almost exclusively on working with gyms within the fitness industry.
Sending a direct mail campaign without an address list is like fishing without a line—great idea with zero potential for success. Since Change Collaborative was seeking introductions to new contacts, we partnered with a third party direct mail service who provided a purchased list as well as printing and mailing for our direct mail campaign.
Activity with Results
Tracking the results of marketing activity is equally as important as doing the activity itself. We spent time reviewing key performance indicators, discussing opportunities for improvement, and strategies to implement those improvements with her team. The registrations from both webinars, as well as the conversion to individual meetings afterwards, resulted in Change Collaborative gaining new clientele as well as a list of leads to nurture for the future.
