How long is the retreat?
We tailor each session to your team’s needs and your budget. The shortest is 2 hours, the longest is two 6 hour days (coming soon!). Schedule a free initial discovery session to plan your retreat.
How many people should attend?
This depends on what challenges we’re trying to tackle. For a leadership “only” retreat we typically suggest narrowing the guest list to 12 or less so everyone can have a seat at the same table. For company-wide retreats we can accommodate groups up to ~150-200 depending on venue.
What happens during the retreat?
